New terraced houses are being built on Stejlepladsvej in Nivå. The large, round brick kiln still towers in the area as a special landmark, and the brickworks museum bears witness to the industrial production of bricks that began in the 1700s. The legacy is now being carried on with new bricks that will become a new residential area.
The homes will be located near beautiful and protected green areas, lakes and beaches - and close to Nivå Station and childcare facilities. The buildings will harmonize with the surrounding neighborhood and nature, and through new paths, the urban district will open and connect with its surroundings. An area with trees and wildlife on the site will be preserved to provide the best conditions for increased biodiversity.
