Timeless architecture

All Trongården homes are built in light, mottled bricks in shades of yellow, referencing the building traditions characteristic of North Zealand in Denmark. A uniform and elegant tone-on-tone aesthetic, nuanced throughout the neighbourhood, adding its own unique identity to the development.

Green and lush urban environment

Nature is a central element in Trongården. Roadways and pathways meander gently between the houses. A green wedge creates a recreational green corridor like a lush natural area, inviting outdoor activities and movement. The green meadow also functions as a discreet drainage area.

All homes are eco-labelled, thus built with consideration for climate, environment, circularity and a healthy indoor climate.

Timeline

2017
ALFA Development purchases and initiates the development of the zoning plan for the 24,000 m2 site, located between Dyrehaven and the Helsingør motorway, adjacent to DTU and knowledge-based companies such as Novozymes and Haldor Topsøe.

The Municipal Council of Lyngby-Taarbæk adopts the zoning plan for Trongården.
2019
ALFA Development is breaking ground for the development of Trongården with 187 homes, six different types of homes for the discerning buyer.
